Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and support S/4HANA Rollout / Migration initiatives, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

- Possess in-depth understanding of SAP R/3 and S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) processes and their integration with MM, FI, and APO modules.

- Configure and support SD master data including :

- Business Partner

- Pricing

- Material Master

- Output Master (Forms & Outputs)

Execute full project lifecycles including :

- Business Blueprint (BBP) creation

- Functional specifications & solution design

a. Development coordination

b. Data migration & validation

c. Unit, Integration & UAT testing

d. User training & documentation

e. Go-live & post-go-live stabilization

- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs.

- Support Transport Management and Handling Unit processes.

- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot interfaces and IDocs, including root cause analysis and resolution of IDoc errors.

- Provide continuous support for the SAP SD module, manage change requests, and ensure system performance and stability.

- Proactively identify process gaps and recommend effective SAP-based solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 4 years of SAP SD experience.

- Mandatory : At least 1 S/4HANA Implementation or Rollout project experience.

- Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration, order-to-cash cycle, pricing procedures, and integrations.

- Hands-on experience with IDoc monitoring, troubleshooting, and interface support.

- Good understanding of integration with MM, FI, APO, and Logistics processes.
