Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

- Design and configure Sales & Distribution processes including :

- Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle

- Pricing & Condition Techniques

- Billing & Invoicing

- Credit Management

- Shipping & Delivery

- Returns & Complaints management

- Act as SME for SAP SD and Order Management.

- Lead business requirement gathering, blueprinting, and solution design workshops.

- Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, FICO, PP, and EWM/TM modules.

- Handle S/4HANA SD / BRIM (optional) transformations and upgrades.

- Manage UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.

- Work closely with ABAP/technical teams for RICEFW developments (reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms).

- Mentor and guide junior consultants and SD teams.

- Ensure compliance with tax, pricing, and legal requirements.

- Provide strategic guidance to business stakeholders on SAP best practices.

- Support audits and reporting requirements.

- Engage with senior management and client leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in SAP SD.

- Strong expertise in :

- Order-to-Cash (O2C)

- Pricing & Condition Records

- Billing & Credit Management

- Output Management

- Returns & Logistics execution

- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA SD preferred.

- Strong integration knowledge with MM, FICO, EWM/TM.

- Experience in end-to-end implementations and global rollouts.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Leadership and mentoring experience.
