SAP SD Consultant

Description :

Pharma experience is preferred

Experience :

4-5 yrs.

- Functional proficiency with at least 2 S4HANA full lifecycle SAP implementation

- Strong configuration and design skills in SAP SD.

- Should have experience on E2E testing process which includes SIT RT and UAT

- Able to understand functional/non-functional requirements and able to drive Test scenarios/cases

- Should be good at writing functional specifications Test scripts test cases and status reports.

- Should have good experience in preparing Test strategy Protocol documents and Summary reports

- Strong written and verbal communications skills required role will be client facing

- Experienced in Analysing the AS-IS processes and convert them into TO-BE processes

- Interface experience with Salesforce & Non-SAP Systems

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP SD modules including :

1. Sales Order Management

2. Pricing & Condition Techniques

3. Billing & Invoicing

4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Credit Management

6. Output determination

- Handle Pharma-specific processes such as :

1. Batch management & batch determination

2. Shelf-life management

3. Serialization & traceability (where applicable)

4. Regulatory and compliance-driven sales processes

- Work on integration with MM, FI, WM/EWM, and PP modules.

- Manage GST / tax configurations and pricing for the Indian pharma market.

- Support order-to-cash (O2C) lifecycle end-to-end.

- Perform incident resolution, change requests, and enhancements.

- Participate in UAT, cutover activities, and go-live support.

- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams.

- Provide user training and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 7 years of hands-on SAP SD experience.

- Strong pharmaceutical industry experience (mandatory).

- In-depth knowledge of :

1. Pricing procedures

2. Sales contracts & rebates

3. Batch & shelf-life handling

- Experience with GST and tax determination.

- Knowledge of IDocs, interfaces, and third-party integrations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD.

- Exposure to GxP compliance.

- Experience in SAP CRM / SAP TM integration.

- Certification in SAP SD.
