- BP (Business Partner) Configuration

- Credit Management

- TCS Configuration (Threshold)

S/4 HANA Proficiency :

- Extensive hands-on experience, particularly in real-time scenarios.

Sales Process Configuration and Customization :

- Standard Sales Order

- Rush Sales Order

- Cash Sales Order

- Make-to-Order (MTO)

- Intercompany Purchase Order (IPO)

- Third-Party Sales

- Stock Transport Order (STO) Process

Pre-Sales Activities :

- Expertise in managing Inquiries and Quotations.

Key Business Processes :

- Pricing

- Billing

- Shipping Point Determination

- Transport and Delivery Scheduling

- Partial/Complete Delivery

- Availability Check

Customization Expertise :

- Customer Master Data

- Condition Techniques

- Invoice Correction Requests

Process Optimization and Issue Resolution :

- Proficient in Back Order Processing.

- Adept at handling real-time Change Requests (CRs), WRICEF objects, and Priority 1 (P1) tickets.

Troubleshooting Skills :

- Strong ability to resolve issues across the entire process chain, from Sales Order creation to FI posting.
