Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SCM Functional Consultant - Team Lead to manage SAP support operations across SO, PO, Invoicing, and MIS. The role includes handling critical issues, leading a support team, and coordinating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP SCM functional support team

- Act as primary point of contact for SAP SCM support

- Handle critical escalations across Sales, Procurement, and Billing

- Ensure SLA compliance and service quality

- Review and manage MIS reports and dashboards

- Coordinate with business, technical, and offshore teams

- Drive process improvements and documentation

- Support audits, controls, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of SAP SCM functional experience

- Strong knowledge of O2C and P2P processes

- Proven experience in SAP support project leadership

- Hands-on experience with SO, PO, Invoice, and MIS

- Exposure to SAP ECC / S/4HANA

- Strong stakeholder and team management skills
