Job summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Consultant with strong expertise in both SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management) within S/4HANA environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience, strong cross-functional integration knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to drive process excellence across Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles.

Job description :

Implementation & Solution Design :

- Lead or support end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and configuration across SAP SD and MM modules.

- Conduct requirement workshops with business, analyse needs, and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

- Configure and optimize SD processes (Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Logistics Execution) and MM processes (Procurement, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Vendor Management).

- Design solution extensions, enhancements, and functionalities leveraging SAP best practices.

Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Ensure seamless integration with relevant modules such as FI, PP, WM/EWM, and other SCM functions.

- Work with business and IT stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.

Testing, Data & Deployment :

- Define and execute Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Drive data migration activities using tools such as LSMW, BAPI, IDoc, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

- Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects and review technical designs.

Post Go-Live & Continuous Improvement :

- Provide hypercare, issue resolution, stabilization, and enhancement support.

- Identify process optimization opportunities and leverage S/4HANA capabilities, including Fiori apps, Business Partner, and Simplification List.

Profile description :

- 8 to 10 years hands-on experience in SAP SD & SAP MM modules with at least 2+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

- Strong functional expertise across Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles.

- Proficient in configuring master data, transactional processes, pricing, procurement workflows, and logistics operations.

- Solid understanding of integration points between SD, MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM.

- Good exposure to S/4HANA system features and Fiori apps.

- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.

- Experience working in global delivery models (onshore/offshore) with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certifications in SD, MM, or S/4HANA.

- Experience in SAP WM or EWM; knowledge of warehouse structures and logistics processes is a plus.

- Exposure to SAP workflow automation, Fiori enhancements, and innovation-led process improvements.

- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
