Job Description :

Position : SAP SAC Finance Planning & Forecasting (FP&A) Consultant

Experience : 8 to 12 Years

Location : Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Kolkata

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SAC FP&A Consultant with strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, building, and configuring SAC applications, with deep functional knowledge in financial statements and planning processes (CapEx, OpEx, P&L, HC, Revenue, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead client discussions for requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.

- Design, build, and configure SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) applications for financial reporting and planning.

- Provide expertise in financial planning and performance management, covering all Free Cash Flow KPIs.

- Partner with business stakeholders to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

- Perform report tool fitment, design model architecture, and oversee reporting development.

- Create analytic and planning models based on S/4HANA, BW, and HANA data sources.

- Develop stories, dashboards, and complex calculations (cross calculations, dynamic time calculations, etc.

- Implement advanced planning scenarios (data action scripts, allocations, cross copy, formulas).

- Work with value driver trees, predictive forecasting, smart predict, and smart insight.

- Integrate SAC with multiple data sources (S/4HANA, BW, OData services, HANA).

- Use SAC Excel Add-in and Analysis Office for extended reporting capabilities.

- Troubleshoot data issues and provide workarounds for product limitations.

- Configure SAC security, data locking, currency conversion, and planning processes.

- Develop analytical applications with scripting for tailored dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 12 years of consulting experience in SAP FP&A Planning & Forecasting.

- Strong technical expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.

- Proven ability to lead client discussions and deliver solutions in global enterprise environments.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of financial statements and processes (CapEx, OpEx, HC, Revenue, P&L)
