We are hiring for a Full-Time Remote SAP S/4 HANA Cloud TechOps Support role. This position focuses solely on support, so we encourage applications from those interested in a support role.

We are looking for a candidate for L2 Technical Support of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud applications, integrations, and environments.

Responsibilities include maintaining services on SAP BTP, which encompasses CPI, IAS, ALM, DI, and SAC.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day support on various technical and infrastructure issues.

- Technical monitoring and support of integration.

- Handle tasks such as problem resolution, request fulfillment, configuration changes, and implementation support.

- Manage system configuration and user access/security according to corporate guidelines.

- Create and deliver documentation, training, and communication around feature and process changes.

Qualifications :

- Previous experience in a complex international SAP environment, demonstrating agility and professionalism when dealing with multiple stakeholders.

- 4+ years of experience in technical support of various SAP landscapes, preferably in cloud technologies.

- Experience in L2, L3, TechOps Support with ITSM Tools (preferably ServiceNow).

- Knowledge of SAP cloud-based solutions and SAP Integration certification or proven experience.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) or SAP PO/PI.

- Familiarity with API management tools, BADI, and ABAP on SAP Cloud Platform.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical principles to non-technical audiences.

- Proficiency in information analysis and problem resolution.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a desire to assist end users.

- University degree in Information Technology or related fields.

- Fluent English skills.

- Background verification is mandatory.
