Role : SAP S/4HANA Technical Consultant

Experience : 6-15 years

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant with a strong background in advanced SAP topics, including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and application development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and optimizations, as well as expertise in leveraging modern SAP tools to drive digital transformation and business innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Optimization :

- Lead or participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for business processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA.

- Optimize existing SAP systems to enhance performance and usability.

SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) :

- Design and develop applications using SAP BTP services, including SAP RAP (Restful ABAP), and SAP Fiori elements.

- Leverage BTP tools such as SAP Workflow Management, Business Rules, and Integration Suite to streamline processes.

- Integrate on-premise SAP systems with cloud platforms using BTP and APIs.

Application Development :

- Develop and extend SAP applications using ABAP on Cloud, SAP Fiori/UI5, and OData services.

- Implement advanced functionalities such as CDS Views, AMDP, and SAP HANA modeling.

Performance Optimization :

- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting for SAP applications and integrations.

- Analyze and improve system efficiency by optimizing database operations and queries.

Documentation and Compliance :

- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test cases, and user manuals.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards during project execution.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders, translating their requirements into effective SAP solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical teams, and project managers.

Emerging Technology Adoption :

- Explore and implement emerging SAP technologies like AI/ML integration, IoT, and blockchain within the S/4HANA framework.

- Stay updated with SAP roadmap and innovations, advising stakeholders on adopting relevant tools and technologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrades.

- Proficiency in SAP BTP, including application development, integration, and workflows.

- Advanced ABAP and ABAP on Cloud skills, with experience in CDS Views, AMDP, and Object-Oriented Programming.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and OData services.

- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, HANA Modeling, and embedded analytics.

- Strong understanding of SAP integration tools such as SAP CPI, PI/PO, and APIs.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.

- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

- SAP certifications in S/4HANA and/or SAP BTP (preferred).

- Minimum of 6+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in S/4HANA.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in SAP AI/ML and IoT integration.

- Knowledge of SAP BTP services like Document Management, Data Warehouse Cloud, or Mobile Services.

- Exposure to SAP Signavio for business process management and optimization
