The ideal candidate should have 5-6 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects to their credit, along with a solid understanding of cross-module integrations across key SAP domains.

Strong project management capabilities, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders are essential for this role.

Relevant industry or domain knowledge will be considered an added advantage and will carry significant weight during evaluation.

In this position, the Solution Architect will be responsible for designing scalable and future-ready SAP solutions, making informed architecture and design decisions, and providing technical and functional leadership to project teams to ensure successful delivery throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Lead the overall SAP S/4HANA solution architecture, ensuring full alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and the organization's IT strategy.

- Design integrated, scalable, and secure SAP S/4HANA solutions across all related functional modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, QM, HR, etc.) as well as technical components, ensuring seamless cross-module integration.

- Translate complex business requirements into high-quality solution blueprints, detailed process flows, and comprehensive system designs that support scalable and efficient business operations.

- Support and guide the project team throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution, timely issue resolution, and adherence to best practices.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with SAP BTP services and cloud extensions.

- Possess experience in applying a clean core approach, ensuring that customized developments follow SAP best practices, minimize technical debt, and maintain upgrade readiness

- Knowledge of Central Finance and Group Reporting, along with strong logistics expertise, will be considered an added advantage

- Exposure to multi-country implementation, rollouts and complex global landscapes.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- SAP certifications in relevant modules or architecture preferred.

- Proven track record of leading SAP projects and delivering successful outcomes, including on-time delivery, high-quality solutions, and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
