Job Description :

Role Overview :

The SAP S/4HANA RAR Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing the Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) module in S4 in compliance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 standards.

This role involves deep collaboration with finance, sales, and IT teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP S4 RAR implementation and rollout projects.

- Configure Revenue Accounting Items (RAI) and manage SSP (Standalone Selling Price) and BRF+ rules.

- Integrate RAR with FI, SD, and optionally BRIM modules.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS 15, ASC 606, and other relevant accounting standards.

- Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing in S4.

- Troubleshoot and resolve S4 RAR-related data and functional issues.

- Provide training and documentation for business users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, with 2+ years in SAP RAR in S4.

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Strong understanding of order-to-cash, revenue recognition, and deferral processes.

- Experience with BRF+, SSP, and GL account determination.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP S4 RAR Certification.

- Experience in subscription billing or SAP BRIM environments.

- Knowledge of RevPro or other revenue management tools is a plus.
