Job Title : SAP S/4HANA Project Manager - RISE with SAP (Private Cloud)

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead the implementation of a RISE with SAP Private Cloud project. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations, with a proven track record of delivering similar engagements in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA under the RISE with SAP Private Cloud framework.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.

- Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, technical architects, and client stakeholders.

- Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices.

- Coordinate with hyperscalers (GCP) and SAP for infrastructure provisioning and compliance.

- Drive stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and change management activities.

- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 12 years of SAP project management experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

- Direct experience managing RISE with SAP Private Cloud projects.

- Should have SAP Consulting Experience in SAP FICO/ MM / SD modules.

- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and cloud migration strategies.

- Familiarity with integration points across SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- SAP Activate Project Management certification is a plus.
