SAP S/4HANA Consultant - WM Module

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management (WM) Consultant with 8+ years of functional expertise in designing and delivering warehouse management solutions using SAP.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP WM in ECC and S/4HANA, including inventory control, warehouse processes, and integrations with other SAP modules.

This role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to implement efficient, scalable, and automated warehouse solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP WM solutions in an S/4HANA environment.

- Analyze current business processes and map them to SAP WM best practices.

- Configure SAP WM components.

- Support data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with other SAP functional areas such as MM, SD, PP, and EWM to ensure seamless process integration.

- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP

developers.

- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and training.

- Provide ongoing support for WM issues, enhancements, and process optimization.

- Maintain documentation and training materials for business users.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP WM, with at least 12 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

- Strong configuration experience in warehouse structure, movement types, putaway/removal strategies, inventory management, and cycle counting.

- Deep understanding of SAP WM integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.

- Experience in RF (Radio Frequency) framework integration.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA simplifications related to warehouse processes.

- Proficient in creating functional specs, test cases, and training documents.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP WM or S/4HANA certification.

- Exposure to SAP EWM is a plus.

- Experience with IDocs, ALE, BAPIs, and other integration tools.

- Basic understanding of ABAP debugging.

- Prior experience in industries like manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, or retail
