SAP S/4HANA Consultant - SCM Module

We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with 7+ years of experience in delivering supply chain transformation projects using SAP.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core SCM processes including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, production planning, and integration with MM, SD, PP, and WM modules.

This role requires hands-on configuration skills, functional knowledge, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA SCM modules to support supply chain processes.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

- Configure and support key SCM components.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for integration with FI, SD, MM, PP, EWM, and third-party systems.

- Participate in all phases of project lifecycle : blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, go-live, and support.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Create detailed documentation including configuration guides, functional specifications, and

process flows.

- Provide post-go-live support and resolve business-critical issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in SAP SCM, including at least 12 full-cycle implementations in

S/4HANA.

- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA simplifications and Fiori apps related to SCM.

- Experience in integration with SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, WM) and external planning tools.

- Ability to gather requirements, create functional designs, and drive testing and deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP S/4HANA certification in SCM, MM, or PP.

- Exposure to IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or Ariba.

- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.

- Experience in global rollout or multi-country implementations
