SAP S/4HANA Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects, particularly for European clients.

- Drive functional workshops, prepare and present BPDs, FSDs, FDDs, and guide WRICEF development with ABAP teams.

- Handle Gap Analysis, estimation, and RICEFW sizing.

- Prepare and update BPML and detailed Blueprint/Process flows using tools like Visio/ARIS.

- Design and manage Variant Configurations (AVC, VC, PVC) and work with SAP CPQ.

- Deep involvement in IDoc mappings, interfaces, and integration with SAP/Non-SAP systems.

- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Strong client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.

Desired Skills :

- Deep understanding of S/4HANA, master data, Demand Management, MRP, Discrete Manufacturing, batch management, and subcontracting processes.

- Hands-on experience in user-exits, BAPIs, ALE/IDOC, and EDI integrations.

- Excellent knowledge of integration with MM, SD, FICO, and PM modules.

- Exposure to Production Resource Tools, Engineering Change Management, and Shop Floor Control.

- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation
