As an SAP S/4HANA Architect based in our Pune office, you will serve as the technical authority for our most complex enterprise transformation projects.

You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders and functional leads to translate intricate business requirements into robust, scalable system architectures.

Your daily focus involves guiding cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of S/4HANA implementations, ensuring that technical design decisions align with long-term business agility and operational efficiency.

By bridging the gap between legacy constraints and modern digital capabilities, you will directly influence the success of our clients' migration journeys and their ability to leverage data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architectures that address complex business process requirements and ensure seamless integration across the enterprise ecosystem.

- Lead technical workshops with client stakeholders to define system landscapes, migration strategies, and deployment roadmaps that minimize operational disruption.

- Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining system performance standards.

- Mentor junior consultants and technical teams by providing guidance on complex troubleshooting, code reviews, and architectural best practices to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and cloud-based innovations to recommend strategic upgrades that provide a competitive advantage to our clients.

- Collaborate with project managers to identify technical risks early in the development cycle and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying SAP S/4HANA solutions, with a deep understanding of core modules and their integration points within a global enterprise environment.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating consensus and driving decision-making at the executive level.

- Strong analytical mindset capable of diagnosing systemic issues and architecting sustainable, long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes.

Education & Experience :

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline.

- MBA / M.Tech in Information Systems or Technology Management preferred.

- 10 - 15 years of experience in SAP architecture, ERP transformation, and enterprise technology.

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and integration.

- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
