We are seeking highly skilled and experienced SAP FI/CO Consultants to drive end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and transformation projects for our diverse, multi-industry clientele.

The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in core Finance and Controlling processes, capable of architecting, configuring, and deploying solutions in the modern S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :

1. Configuration & Solution Design :

- Core FI Configuration : Lead the design and configuration of all core Financial Accounting modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).

- Core CO Configuration : Expertly configure Controlling modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Internal Orders (IO).

- S/4HANA Specialization : Provide expert support and configuration for key S/4HANA innovations, including Central Finance and Group Reporting.

2. Integration and Localization :

- Cross-Module Integration : Ensure seamless and robust integration of FI/CO processes with key logistical modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Project Systems (PS).

- Indian Localization : Apply strong, practical knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory requirements, specifically GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).

3. Documentation and Quality Assurance :

- Functional Specifications : Prepare detailed and accurate functional specifications (FSDs) for custom developments (RICEF objects).

- Testing and UAT : Coordinate and execute comprehensive system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure the final solution meets all business requirements and quality standards.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

- Mandatory Experience : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, with at least 2 years dedicated to SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or rollouts.

- Technical Knowledge : Strong working knowledge of the S/4HANA Data Model and activated business functions.

- Localization : Demonstrated expertise in configuring Indian taxation and legal requirements (GST/TDS) within SAP.

- Preferred Tools : Familiarity with modern SAP user interfaces and analytical tools, including Fiori applications and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), is highly preferred.

- Communication : Excellent communication, client-facing, and solution presentation skills
