Role Summary :

Senior SAP S4HANA Solution Architect with experience on S4HANA Public cloud. Must have 10+ years of SAP Experience with multiple FLC implementation projects. Strong hands on experience with SAP S4HANA Public Cloud, SAP FICO, SD, P2P. Must have experience/familiarity with BTP Fiori etc. Must have worked on support project. Excellent communication and client management skills.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and implementation across SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FICO, SD, and P2P modules, a solid understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Fiori, and a proven track record in full lifecycle implementations. This role demands a blend of strong technical knowledge, functional expertise, and client-facing leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business processes into scalable, high-performance SAP architectures.

- Define integration strategies between SAP S/4HANA and other systems using BTP services, APIs, and middleware.

- Drive multiple end-to-end full lifecycle implementation (FLC) projects from requirement gathering to go live and post-deployment support.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of SAP solutions.

- Lead fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and system configuration.

- Leverage SAP BTP, Fiori, and analytics tools to enhance system capabilities and user experience.

- Stay updated with SAPs roadmap, innovations, and best practices for S/4HANA Public Cloud.

- Provide recommendations for system upgrades, enhancements, and automation opportunities.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SAP best practices and strategic adoption of S/4HANA Cloud.

- Manage key stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.

- Conduct client workshops, solution demos, and training sessions.

- Provide ongoing application support, issue resolution, and performance optimization.

- Ensure system stability, data integrity, and adherence to SAP Cloud standards.

- Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Deep functional knowledge in FICO (Finance), SD (Sales & Distribution), and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.

- Experience in solution design, configuration, and integration across modules.

- Strong understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), including integration services, extensions, and workflow capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with Fiori apps, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other cloud-native tools.

- Familiarity with CPI, CDS Views, and REST APIs for integration and custom development.

- Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations (Public or Private Cloud).

- Strong documentation, testing, and deployment management skills.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations effectively.

- SAP Certified S/4HANA Cloud Solution Architect or S/4HANA Finance/Logistics certification.

- Experience with multi-country rollouts and localization.

- Exposure to RAP model, CAP framework, and extensibility options on BTP.

- Prior experience working with global clients or SAP partner ecosystems.
