We are looking for an experienced and proactive SAP S/4HANA S2P (Source to Pay) / MM (Materials Management) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S2P/MM configuration, design, and implementation, with strong consulting experience across multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects. You will work directly with clients, offering solutions that align with business needs and ensure seamless integration across modules such as SD, FI, and WM.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute SAP S2P (MM) configurations, testing, compliance, and end-to-end implementations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and prepare functional specifications for developments.

- Support all phases of the implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, go-live, and hypercare.

- Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA procurement processes and best practices.

- Ensure system compliance and alignment with industry standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues independently.

- Document business processes and contribute to process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 10- 12 years of hands-on SAP S2P/MM consulting experience.

- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementations (and ideally 4 total implementations).

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA on-premise versions and related innovations.

- Proven domain (functional) experience of at least 2 to 3 years in Procurement or related areas.

- Expertise in cross-functional modules such as SD (Sales & Distribution), FI (Finance), and WM (Warehouse Management).

- In-depth knowledge of Pricing Procedures and Tax Procedures within the SAP MM landscape.

- Ability to work independently with clients, understand business requirements, and deliver effective solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP certification in S/4HANA Procurement or relevant area.

- Exposure to Agile project methodologies.

- Experience in working with global teams and multi-country implementations.
