Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned SAP S/4 HANA Cutover Manager to support a global S/4 HANA implementation and rollout project. The initial go-live is scheduled for April 2025, followed by additional rollouts across multiple geographies in the subsequent years. The selected candidate will play a key role in defining, planning, and executing end-to-end cutover activities, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage detailed cutover plans for each go-live wave, including :

1. System refresh schedules

2. Code and transport migration schedules

3. Mock cutovers and dry runs

- Coordinate with the Data Migration Lead to identify key data load activities, dependencies, and readiness checkpoints.

- Liaise with business teams to align cutover activities with training, communication, and user readiness timelines.

- Facilitate daily cutover calls and checkpoint reviews during execution periods.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Basis, Release Management, Functional, Technical, 3rd Party Vendors) to ensure ownership and timely execution of cutover tasks.

- Identify risks and mitigation strategies; provide escalation support when required.

- Drive continuous improvement in cutover execution methodology and templates for global reuse.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as an SAP S/4 HANA Cutover Manager in large-scale transformation or rollout projects.

- Strong background in SAP project lifecycle management, especially in complex cutover execution.

- Expertise in building, tracking, and executing integrated cutover plans across multiple workstreams.

- Solid understanding of technical and functional aspects of SAP (Basis, Data Migration, Interfaces, Functional Modules).

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a global delivery model and across multiple time zones.

Preferred :

- Experience with multi-country/global SAP rollouts

- PMP/Prince2 or similar project management certification
