SAP S/4 HANA Customer Payments Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement customer payments portals based on detailed business requirements.

- Set up and manage payment methods, user roles, and security permissions within the payment portal.

- Design and execute seamless integration of the customer payments portal with other SAP S/4HANA Cloud modules (especially Finance and Accounts Receivable) and external payment gateways.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align portal functionalities with business needs.

- Customize and optimize SAP portals to enhance the customer payment experience.

- Analyze business processes related to customer payments, invoicing, and accounts receivable to identify improvements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the customer payments portal and integrations.

- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders as required.

- Prepare documentation, reports, and communicate progress effectively to all relevant parties.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP customer payments portals.

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, with particular expertise in Finance and Accounts Receivable modules.

- Proven experience integrating customer payments portals with SAP S/4HANA Cloud modules and external payment gateways.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori is an added advantage.

- Deep understanding of business processes surrounding customer payments, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve portal-related issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with users, stakeholders, and team members.
