Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S4 HANA Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in S/4HANA technologies, particularly ABAP on HANA and CDS views, coupled with strong analytical and leadership capabilities. You'll play a crucial role in delivering robust RICEF objects and supporting complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment.

- Leverage deep expertise in S/4HANA technologies, with a solid understanding of the key differences between S/4HANA and R/3.

- Develop and optimize RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) using ABAP on HANA, including advanced use of CDS views.

- Provide expert-level support and development for interfaces and multiplexers within complex enterprise environments.

- Apply Agile methodology in the development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.

- Coordinate and collaborate effectively across functional and technical teams, demonstrating strong communication and coordination skills.

- Support basic-level functional understanding of SAP O2C (Order to Cash) processes to align development with business needs.

- Utilize dynamic programming techniques to build adaptable and efficient code.

- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers and team members.

- Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

- Ensure strict adherence to best practices in SAP development standards, performance tuning, and code optimization.

Required Skills :

- 6-9 years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant, with significant experience in SAP S/4HANA.

- Deep expertise in S/4HANA technologies, including a strong understanding of differences from R/3.

- Proven experience in developing and optimizing RICEF objects using ABAP on HANA.

- Advanced experience with CDS views.

- Expertise in providing support and development for interfaces and multiplexers in enterprise environments.

- Experience working with Agile methodology (sprint planning, backlog grooming, iterative delivery).

- Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and technical team collaboration.

- Basic functional understanding of SAP O2C (Order to Cash) processes.

- Proficiency in dynamic programming techniques.

- Demonstrated ability to provide mentorship and technical leadership.

- Experience participating in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
