About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP EWM Consultant with solid experience in SAP S/4HANA to support and enhance warehouse management operations in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment. If you have strong technical skills in EWM, a solid understanding of pharmaceutical supply chains, and a proactive approach to solving system-level challenges, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP EWM System Support & Configuration

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP EWM processescovering inbound/outbound logistics, inventory handling, and task management.

- Troubleshoot operational issues and performance gaps in real-time.

- Configure and optimize warehouse processes to align with industry best practices.

System Enhancements & Compliance

- Design and deploy system changes and enhancements in coordination with business stakeholders.

- Ensure integration with ATTP and maintain serialization compliance with pharma regulatory bodies (e.g., SFDA).

- Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Testing & Validation

- Plan and execute unit testing, regression testing, and UAT for system changes.

- Collaborate with users to validate functionality and ensure business alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as a liaison between IT, operations, and supply chain teams.

- Coordinate with external vendors for system integrations and support.

Documentation & Change Management

- Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge repositories.

- Ensure updates follow change control processes and minimize business disruption.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration and support

- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA warehouse and logistics processes

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chains, including serialization and compliance (e.g., SFDA)

- Experience in integration tools like SAP CPI, IDOCs, or APIs

- Strong problem-solving, testing, and documentation skills

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Preferred Experience :

- Prior work in pharmaceutical environments

- Integration experience with third-party tools (e.g., ATTP, MES, Matflo)

- Experience in managing traceability and regulatory compliance
