SAP S/4 HANA & ABAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize ABAP programs, CDS views, and OData services in S/4HANA.

- Build and expose OData services for integration with Fiori/UI5 applications and external systems.

- Enhance and customize standard SAP functionality using modern ABAP techniques.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging of custom developments.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.

Strong expertise in :

- Core Data Services (CDS Views) creation, annotations, associations, and consumption.

- OData Services development, extension, and integration with SAP Fiori/UI5.

- Proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP, Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, and BAPIs.

- Good understanding of S/4HANA data models and performance-optimized coding.

- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 development.

- Knowledge of AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) and HANA SQL scripting.

- Familiarity with integration scenarios (Gateway, REST, SOAP, RFCs).
