SAP Retail Consultant - SD/MM/FI Modules

We are seeking an experienced SAP Retail Consultant with 12 years of strong functional and technical expertise in the Retail domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Retail solutions to streamline business operations and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Retail processes (Master Data, Assortment Management, Merchandise Distribution, Pricing, Promotions, and Store Operations).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design scalable SAP Retail solutions.

- Configure relevant SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, and IS-Retail to meet business needs.

- Integrate SAP Retail with other systems like POS, CRM, and E-commerce platforms.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for developments and enhancements.

- Drive process improvement and ensure alignment with business and IT strategies.

- Support UAT, training, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 12 years of overall SAP experience, with significant exposure to SAP Retail.

- Strong understanding of Retail business processes and best practices.

- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP IS-Retail, MM, and SD modules.

- Expertise in Master Data Management, Article Hierarchy, Pricing, and Promotions.

- Experience with integration between SAP and non-SAP systems (POS, CRM, etc.).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
