SAP Retail Consultant

Job Description :

As an SAP Retail Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring that the SAP Retail module is optimized for performance, functionality, and user satisfaction.
You will be working in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and support SAP solutions across various retail processes.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand retail processes and translate requirements into SAP solutions.

- Provide expert guidance in SAP Retail functionalities, including Merchandise Management

(MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Retail Pricing.

- Design and configure retail-specific SAP modules, including master data, procurement, inventory management, and pricing.

- Lead the testing process, including preparing test scenarios, executing tests, and troubleshooting issues.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Retail with other enterprise systems.

- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Retail functionality.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP Retail and other relevant technologies.

- Collaborate with global teams for implementation and roll-out activities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in SAP Retail with hands-on experience in SAP MM, SD, and Retail Pricing.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Retail processes, including merchandise planning, inventory

management, procurement, and pricing.

- Experience in full project lifecycle including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions in a retail environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- SAP certification in Retail (preferred)
