Role Overview :
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to implement, support, and optimize SAP RE-FX solutions.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong understanding of real estate and lease processes, rent calculation, invoicing, and reporting.
- Experience in integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, master data management, and contract management.
- Good knowledge of SAP reporting and analytics tools (ALV, Fiori apps, BW integration).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage master data setup, contract creation, rent calculations, and billing processes.
- Support integration with FI/CO, MM, and SD modules.
- Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions in RE-FX.
- Provide technical and functional support for SAP RE-FX issues and system enhancements.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Assist in testing, training, and documentation of SAP RE-FX processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations and reporting.
