Job Summary :

We're looking for a skilled SAP REFX (Flexible Real Estate Management) Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of total experience and at least 5 years of specialization in the Real Estate domain. The ideal candidate will be a specialist who can lead a large-scale real estate harmonization initiative, implementing a new steering model across multiple countries within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role requires deep expertise in SAP RE-FX configuration, a strong understanding of its integration with SAP FI-CO, and specific knowledge of IFRS16 compliance for leasing contracts.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Process Analysis & Harmonization :

- Lead the analysis of existing real estate processes by conducting in-depth as-is and to-be analysis.

- You will be responsible for harmonizing and implementing a new steering model and processes for master data handling, contracts, and invoicing across the group's operations in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.

Solution Design & Implementation :

- Design and provide recommendations for the future real estate solution architecture within SAP S/4HANA.

- You will take ownership of all key project activities, including RE-FX system configuration, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, functional specifications, testing, and training.

Financial Compliance & Integration :

- Implement and configure new real estate solutions with a strong focus on cost controlling within the RE-FX module.

- A key responsibility will be to ensure the solution complies with IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations, leveraging deep knowledge of the seamless integration between SAP RE-FX and SAP FI-CO.

Benefit Identification & Knowledge Sharing :

- Identify and quantify business benefits from the new solution.

- You will also be responsible for conducting knowledge-sharing sessions with relevant IT resources to ensure a smooth transition and long-term support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of total SAP experience, with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience as an SAP RE-FX specialist.

- Proven expertise in working with the SAP RE-FX module in an SAP S/4HANA environment.

- Extensive knowledge of SAP Best Practices for RE-FX in S/4HANA, including its integration with SAP Fiori.

- A solid understanding of SAP FI-CO and its seamless integration with SAP RE-FX.

- Specific knowledge of IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations and their implementation within SAP RE-FX.

- The ability to define and recommend future solution architectures for SAP S/4HANA.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) or other related modules.

- Relevant SAP certifications in Flexible Real Estate Management.

- Experience with large-scale, multi-country implementation projects.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
