SAP RE-FX Consultant - Implementation & Support

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure SAP RE-FX for end-to-end real estate contract and lease management.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 lease accounting requirements.

- Support integration with FI/CO, MM, PS, and Asset Accounting.

- Define master data structures for business entities, buildings, land, and rental objects.

- Automate contract conditions, periodic postings, and payment flows.

- Work with Finance and Controlling teams to align postings and valuations.

- Support period-end closing and reconciliations in RE-FX.

- Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.

- Train business users on RE-FX functionality and reporting.

- Provide support during cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Education & Certifications :

- SAP Certified in SAP S/4HANA Finance or RE-FX (preferred).

Experience :

- Strong knowledge of lease accounting (IFRS 16/ASC 842).

- Experience in integration with FI-AA, FI/CO, and MM.

- Exposure to migration projects from RE Classic to RE-FX.

- Knowledge of S/4HANA innovations in real estate management.

Technical Skills :

- Understanding of posting flows, valuations, and accruals.

- Knowledge of Central Finance integration (advantage).

- Familiarity with SAP Group Reporting for consolidation postings.

Soft Skills :

- Good communication and training skills with finance and real estate stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple contracts and integration points in a complex landscape.
