Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, support, and enhancement projects within the SAP RE-FX module and good integration knowledge with FI/CO

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end implementation and support activities for SAP RE-FX.

- Configure and customize RE-FX functionalities including lease contracts, real estate objects, valuations, and postings.

- Work closely with finance teams to ensure seamless integration with FI/CO.

- Perform requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, and user training.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to RE-FX.

- Collaborate with business users and technical teams for change requests and enhancements.

- Support period-end and year-end closing activities related to real estate management.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP RE-FX module.

- Strong knowledge of contract management, real estate master data, valuation, and accounting processes.

- Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation.

- Good understanding of integration with FI/CO, AA, and PM modules.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to S/4HANA environment.

- Experience in migration projects or data conversion for RE-FX.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to Real Estate Management.
