Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Specialist to lead and deliver end-to-end SAP QM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP QM, a strong understanding of quality management processes, and a history of driving successful SAP implementations. This role requires hands-on configuration skills, cross-functional integration knowledge, and a business-focused mindset to help organizations achieve process excellence through SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP QM solutions aligned with business quality processes.

- Lead or support full-cycle SAP QM implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, realization, testing, training, and go-live.

- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of existing SAP QM solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, PM, SD) to ensure seamless integration across modules.

- Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.

- Conduct system testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance.

- Provide training and support to end users and super users in SAP QM processes.

- Stay up to date with the latest SAP QM features and best practices.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in the SAP QM module, including configuration and production support.

- Proven experience in at least three full-cycle SAP implementations and system upgrades.

- Strong understanding of quality processes such as inspections (goods receipt, in-process, final), notifications, results

recording, and quality certificates.

- Expertise in integration of SAP QM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and PM.

- Ability to work with business stakeholders to analyze problems and deliver effective solutions.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- SAP QM certification is a plus.
