Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and support projects, from blueprinting to go-live and post-go-live support.

- Configure, test, and maintain the SAP QM module, ensuring it aligns with business requirements for quality planning, inspection processing, quality control, and quality certificates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand their quality management processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

- Provide expert guidance on the integration of SAP QM with other modules like SAP Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD).

- Develop and deliver training to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the new SAP QM system.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the SAP QM module, providing timely and effective support.

- Contribute to project documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and user training materials.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 6 to 8 years of relevant SAP QM functional experience.

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP QM implementations, rollouts, and support in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Must have completed at least three full-cycle SAP implementations, with one being an end-to-end implementation in SAP S/4HANA.

- Proven experience within the Process Industry (PI), with a specific focus on large-scale pharmaceutical clients.

Technical & Professional Skills :

- Solid knowledge of system development methodologies, project management principles, and system architecture, particularly in the context of implementing SAP's Plan to Manufacture processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical information to non-technical business users and vice-versa.

- A strong client service attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
