SAP QM Consultant - S/4 HANA Implementation

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultant with hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably within the Real Estate or Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting quality management processes aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end SAP QM implementations on SAP S/4HANA.

- Configure and support SAP QM processes including :

• Quality planning
• Quality inspection
• Quality control and assurance
• Defect and non-conformance management

- Integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules :

• MM (Incoming inspection)
• PP / PS (Quality checks during construction and project execution)

- Support real estate and constructionspecific quality processes such as :

• Incoming material inspection
• Vendor quality evaluation
• Site-level quality inspections and reporting

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP QM solutions.

- Support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

- Prepare functional documentation and support technical developments.

- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM.

- Minimum 23 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

- Preferable experience in Real Estate / Construction industry.

- Strong understanding of SAP QM integration with MM, PP, and PS.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualifications

- BE / BTech / BSc / MBA (Mandatory)

Preferred / Good to Have

- Experience working on construction quality processes.

- Exposure to audits, quality reporting, and compliance management.

- Experience in large-scale or multi-site implementations.
