Role Overview :

As an SAP QM Consultant at Talent Pro, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Quality Management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and other SAP consultants, to ensure seamless integration of QM processes with other SAP modules. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing quality control procedures, enhancing product quality, and driving operational efficiency for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure SAP QM modules to align with client's business requirements and industry best practices.

- Conduct workshops and gather requirements from business users to understand their quality management needs.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of SAP QM solutions.

- Provide end-user training and support to enable effective utilization of SAP QM functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP QM processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Collaborate with ABAP developers to customize SAP QM functionalities and develop custom reports.

- Maintain documentation of SAP QM configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

- Implement quality inspection plans, quality notifications, and quality certificates within SAP QM.

- Integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and SD to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to configure and implement SAP QM modules, including quality planning, inspection, and control.

- Proven ability to gather business requirements, design solutions, and deliver effective training to end-users.

- Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
