Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with stakeholders to define and integrate QM processes across S/4HANA and legacy ERP system.
- Design and document functional solutions, including specs for custom enhancements
- Review and validate SAP OSS notes, simplification lists, and release documentation specific to QM (1909-2023).
- Support data migration and ensure quality-related data integrity
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
- End user training.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 8+ years in SAP QM implementation and support
- Experience with S/4HANA upgrades or rollouts
- Ability to interpret SAP simplification items and apply them to business processes.
- Strong functional spec writing and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
