Job Description

Job Title : SAP QM Consultant

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Punjab (Onsite Face-to-Face Interview)

Experience : 3 to 6 Years

Joining Timeline : Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities :

- Independently manage and configure the SAP QM module, including Quality Planning, Inspection, Notifications, and Audit Management.

- Collaborate with business users and project teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Handle user support queries, incident management, and escalations as part of the support team, particularly for complaint handling processes.

- Provide consultation and resolution on Authorization-related topics within SAP.

- Work closely with technical teams to support development and integration needs.

- Maintain and monitor IDOC processing to ensure data integrity and system communication.

- Support training/WBT content creation for end-user enablement and knowledge sharing.

- Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics for all deliverables.

Required Skills :


- 3- 6 years of experience in IT applications with at least 4+ years in SAP QM module.

- Strong experience in handling SAP IDOCs.

- Exposure to SAP complaint management processes.

- Understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work with development teams.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes; certification is a plus.

- Experience in training content or WBT creation is desirable.


- Good knowledge of SAP Authorization concepts.

- Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and interpersonal.

- Strong team player, self-motivated, and able to adapt quickly to project dynamics.
