Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirements Gathering & Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional designs for SAP PS and PPM.

- Configuration : Set up and maintain SAP Project System master data, including project definitions, work breakdown structures (WBS), and networks.

- Cost & Revenue Planning : Manage project cost and revenue planning processes, utilizing knowledge of Results Analysis and financial concepts.

- Integration : Establish and maintain strong integration between the PS module and other SAP modules, particularly Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO).

- Testing : Develop and execute test scripts for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing functional support to users, identify issues, and work with technical teams to resolve them.

- Documentation : Prepare and maintain various documents, including functional specifications, configuration documents, and test reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- SAP PS Expertise : Deep knowledge of SAP Project System functionalities, including WBS, networks, milestones, and budgeting.

- SAP PPM Expertise : good understanding of ppm functionalities.

- SAP S/4HANA : Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of its business processes and related integrations.

- Project Management : Familiarity with project management processes and concepts.

- Financial Concepts : A strong understanding of financial concepts for project cost and revenue analysis is crucial.

- Integration : Experience with integrating SAP PS with other modules like FI/CO, SD, and HR.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.

- Documentation Skills : Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
