About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant to support and enhance global project and portfolio management processes. The role will be responsible for SAP PS implementation, configuration, support, integrations and continuous improvement across global business units.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP PS - Implementation & Support :

- Lead and support SAP PS implementations, rollouts, enhancements and migration projects.

- Configure and enhance SAP PS functionality based on business requirements.

- Provide ongoing production support and resolve functional issues.

- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes across global business units.

- Support SAP PS solutions across SAP ECC environments and contribute to S/4HANA initiatives.

Project Management & Financial Processes :

- Support end-to-end project lifecycle processes including project planning, WBS and network management, budgeting, cost planning and control, forecasting, project execution, settlement, and project accounting.

- Help business teams improve project financial visibility and control.

Integration & Applications :

- Manage and support SAP PS integration with FI/CO, MM, and SD.

- Support integration with Project Portfolio Management (PPM/EPPM) solutions.

- Exposure to platforms such as SCIFORMA, Planisware or similar PPM solutions will be an advantage.

- Support project-related applications and solutions, including BIM / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Business & Stakeholder Management :

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, testing and implementation.

- Work with global business stakeholders and IT teams to identify process improvements.

- Coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners.

- Provide training, knowledge transfer and functional guidance to key users.

- Act as a SAP PS Centre of Excellence (CoE) focal point and support best-practice adoption.

IT Project Delivery :

- Participate in and lead IT projects related to SAP PS and project management applications.

- Support project planning, execution, monitoring and delivery.

- Coordinate activities across global, multidisciplinary teams.
