Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be an expert in configuring the SAP PS module to meet complex business needs, including project structures, cost planning, and resource management.

This role requires a professional who can ensure seamless integration with core SAP modules and drive the entire project lifecycle from blueprinting to user training and support. You will be a key player in ensuring the quality and functionality of our SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure the SAP PS module to meet specific business requirements. This includes setting up project structures like the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), network activities, cost planning, and budgeting.

- Ensure seamless and robust integration between SAP PS and other core modules, including FI/CO (Finance/Controlling), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).

- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed blueprints and functional specifications for SAP PS configurations and any necessary customizations.

- Conduct all phases of testing, from unit testing and integration testing to supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solution.

- Provide extensive training to end-users on how to effectively use the SAP PS module and offer ongoing support to resolve issues and answer questions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of professional experience as an SAP PS Consultant.

- Proven expertise in configuring the SAP PS module, including setting up project structures, cost planning, budgeting, and resource management.

- Strong knowledge of integration points between SAP PS and other modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.

- Experience in creating detailed blueprints and functional specifications.

- The ability to lead and execute various testing cycles, including UAT.

- A proven track record of providing effective end-user training and support.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management (SAP PPM).

- Experience with cross-functional modules such as SAP IM (Investment Management).
