Job Description
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant with strong domain exposure in the Real Estate industry, specifically construction and property sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP PS implementations and a good understanding of project planning, execution, and cost control in real estate and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and manage SAP PS components including :
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Networks and Activities
- Milestones and Progress Tracking
- Project Budgeting and Cost Planning
- Construction project planning and execution
- Cost tracking and budget control
- Capitalization and settlement to FI/AA
- FI (Financial Accounting)
- CO (Controlling)
- MM (Procurement)
- SD (Sales, where applicable)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions.
- Support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments.
- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PS.
- Minimum 2 - 3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven experience in construction and property sale project processes.
- Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, and settlement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualifications : BE / BTech / BSc / MBA (Mandatory)
Preferred / Good to Have :
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PS.
- Experience integrating SAP with Microsoft Project or other project management software.
- Exposure to large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.
