SAP PS Consultant

Job Title : SAP PS & ETO Consultant.

Experience Level : 8+ years.

Location : Bengaluru (3 days from Office, 2 days WFH).

Job Type : Contractual (6 months + extendable).

Notice Period : Immediate.

Our Client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking a highly skilled SAP PS (Project Systems) and ETO (Engineer-to-Order) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in data management and integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure WBS structures, networks, milestones, cost planning, Material planning and settlement processes tailored for ETO scenarios.

- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and finance teams to align SAP processes with business requirements.

- Integrate engineering BOMs, routings, and project structures with SAP PS and ETO processes.

- Ensure accurate and consistent data flow between SAP modules (PS, PP, SD, MM, FI/CO) and external systems.

- Manage data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.

- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and interface integrations.

- Support testing phases including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PS/ETO configuration and data inconsistencies.

Skills Required :

- 6+ years of experience in SAP PS and ETO environments, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.

- Strong understanding of project-based manufacturing and engineer-to-order processes.

- Proficiency in data modelling, data governance, and master data management.

- Understanding of Variant configuration and integration with SAP PS.

- Good Knowledge in setting up overall master data used for the execution of customer projects.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP MDG, SAP PLM, or integration with CAD/PLM systems.

- SAP certification in PS, PP, or ETO-related modules.
