Your experience counts :

- Overall 5-10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in SAP PS on SAP delivery engagements.

- Strong functional knowledge in PS modules for configuration /enhancement and end-to-end data flow.

- Experience with 2-3 large transformation and implementation programs for global clients.

- Client-facing experience, particularly in project design and blueprinting phases.

- Mandatory exposure to the high-tech industry.

- MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school is definitely a plus.

- SAP PS Certification is also an added advantage.

- Advise clients on the Project Systems process based on the leading industry practices.

- Conduct, manage and drive requirement gathering workshops demonstrating SAP PS functionalities.

- Collaborate with client teams, including order management team, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution.

- Strong knowledge of SAP PS functionalities like project structuring, planning, budgeting, monitoring, and closing.

- Key responsibilities include project planning, cost and revenue management, resource allocation, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Design solutions to implement Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestones, Project Planning, Budgeting, Costing, and Settlements.

- Additionally, knowledge of Project structuring, Execution, monitoring & controlling, integration and reporting is required.

- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide training and support for business users.

- Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics.

- Operate as an SAP Functional Consultant and provide solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests.

- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a roadmap to achieve their objectives.

- Develop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive service offerings.

- Lead our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformations.

- Manage ERP integrations, including SAP, and develop proof of concepts as needed.

- Strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights
