Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP PS functionality and possess the ability to configure, implement, and support SAP PS solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities :

- Participate in all phases of SAP PS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Configure and customize SAP PS modules, including Project Definition, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Activities, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Availability Control, Material Management integration, and Reporting.

- Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP PS solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PS issues.

- Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Work closely with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, SD) to ensure seamless integration.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP PS functionalities and best practices.

- Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring activities.

- Contribute to the development of SAP PS templates and methodologies.

- Work with ABAP developers to customize and enhance SAP PS functionality.

- Support data migration activities related to SAP PS.

- 3-8 years of experience in SAP PS implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of SAP PS business processes and configuration options.

- Hands-on experience with SAP PS configuration, including Project Definition, WBS, Activities, Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Availability Control.

- Experience with integration between SAP PS and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, SD).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PS is a plus.

- SAP PS certification is a plus.

- Experience in preparing Functional Specification Documents, Technical Specification Documents, and Test Scripts.

- Experience in conducting User Training and providing post-implementation support.
