SAP Project Manager - S/4 HANA Implementation

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced- SAP Project Manager- to lead- SAP S/4HANA implementation programs, preferably within the- Real Estate or Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, governance, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered- on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage- end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects- using- SAP Activate / PMI methodologies.

- Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.

- Manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.

- Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams across modules.

- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and steering committees.

- Drive project governance, status reporting, and escalation management.

- Manage system integration testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live planning.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project delivery best practices.

- Support post-go-live stabilization and hypercare activities.

- Manage vendors, SI partners, and third-party dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience as- SAP Project Manager- on- S/4HANA implementations.

- Minimum- 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

- Overall- 5+ SAP project implementations- in a- Project Manager capacity.

- Preferable experience in - Real Estate / Construction industry.

- Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical landscapes.

- Hands-on experience with :

• Project planning and governance
• Risk and issue management
• Budget and resource management
• Stakeholder communication

- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications :

- CA / CMA / MBA / M.Tech / B.Tech- (Mandatory)

- PMP or SAP Activate Certification- (Mandatory)

Preferred / Good to Have :

- Experience managing- large, multi-module SAP programs.

- Experience working with global or multi-location teams.

- Strong change management and business transformation exposure.
