Job Title : SAP Project Manager PAPM ARO.

Role Overview :

The role requires expertise in end-to-end project management, ensuring projects adhere to Shells Project Delivery Framework (PDF), global standards, and best practices while driving measurable business value.

The Project Manager will manage projects up to $2M budget with up to 20 team members, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage project governance, change control, risk management, compliance, and reporting across all phases.

- Drive effective stakeholder management by building strong relationships with senior sponsors, programme leadership, and business users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, HR, and Capital Project business units.

- Ensure robust vendor management for third-party technology and service providers.

- Manage project financials including scoping, budgeting, cost tracking, and benefit realization.

- Oversee delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring quality standards and assurance processes are followed.

- Support the adoption of digital, cloud, and SaaS solutions, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy standards.

- Motivate, guide, and mentor project teams through periods of uncertainty, driving performance and

resilience.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge and experience in Waterfall & Agile delivery models.

- Expertise in SAP PAPM and ARO modules.

- Technical understanding of Cloud, Mobile, SaaS, Digital Platforms, ERP solutions.

- Proven experience in Vendor Management, Governance, Scoping & Budgeting, Planning & Tracking,

Assurance & Compliance, Risk Assessment & Mitigation.

- Strong Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.

- Sound Financial Management skills for project cost tracking and benefit realization.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Shells Project Delivery Framework (PDF) or equivalent structured delivery methodologies.

- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, cybersecurity standards, and digital workplace solutions.

- Ability to manage multi-vendor environments with global stakeholders.
