We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated SAP Project Manager to lead complex implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 12 years of comprehensive SAP implementation experience, with a mandatory proven track record of successfully managing at least Two full lifecycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical understanding of SAP methodologies, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Leadership : Serve as the primary driver and leader for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality specifications.

- S/4HANA Public Cloud Expertise : Oversee all phases of S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, utilizing the Activate methodology and maintaining adherence to the cloud-specific deployment model.

- Scope & Risk Management : Define, manage, and control project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on delivery timelines.

- Stakeholder Management : Manage communication and expectations with all project stakeholders, including executive sponsors, functional teams, technical teams, and vendors.

- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional project team, managing resources effectively across various phases of the project lifecycle.

- Budget & Schedule Control : Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models, and meticulously track project progress against the established baseline.

- Methodology Adherence : Ensure strict adherence to the SAP Activate methodology throughout the entire project lifecycle, from preparation through to Go-Live and hyper-care.

- Industry Compliance (Plus) : If applicable, leverage knowledge of the Pharma Industry to ensure implementations meet stringent regulatory requirements and best practices.

Desired (Good to Have) Skills :

- Industry Experience : Direct experience managing SAP projects within the Pharma Industry (knowledge of validated systems and regulatory compliance).

- Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

- SAP Certifications : SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or similar).
