Key Responsibilities :


Project Leadership and Delivery :


- Lead SAP projects through the entire lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and final completion.


- Ensure strict adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.


Stakeholder Management :


- Establish and maintain robust communication channels.


- Manage stakeholder expectations across all levels of the organization, providing regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to steering committees and executive leadership.


Risk and Issue Management :


- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or quality.


- Develop contingency plans and drive quick, effective resolution of roadblocks.


Resource and Budget Control :


- Be responsible for comprehensive resource allocation across project tasks, optimizing team utilization.


- Oversee detailed budget management, tracking expenditures against forecasts, and ensuring financial accountability.


Team Collaboration :


- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.


- Ensure integration points and deliverables are aligned with overall business needs and technical standards.


Quality Assurance :


- Oversee the definition and execution of quality assurance processes, including design reviews, testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT), and Go-Live readiness assessments, ensuring high-quality deliverables.


Change Enablement :


- Manage organizational change management (OCM) activities and training efforts associated with the SAP implementation, ensuring users are prepared for the transition and new solutions are fully adopted.


Methodology Adherence :


- Drive the application of best practices and chosen project methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate, Agile) throughout the project team.


Required Experience and Skills :


- Experience : Minimum of 6+ years of dedicated experience in managing large-scale, complex SAP implementation and/or rollout projects.


- SAP Knowledge : Strong general understanding of the SAP landscape, core modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, FI, MM, SD, HR), and typical project dependencies.


- Project Management Expertise : Demonstrated expertise in all facets of project management, including WBS creation, critical path analysis, earned value management, and PM tools.


- Communication : Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of influencing and communicating with clarity at all organizational levels.


- Leadership : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse, cross-functional project teams in a dynamic environment.


- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for effective risk mitigation and issue resolution.


- Certifications (Good to have) : Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (e.g., PRINCE2, SAP Activate).
