SAP Project Manager

About the Role:

This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

- Monitor and track progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

- Oversee end-to-end execution from initiation to closure across SAP modules.

Stakeholder Management :

- Facilitate regular status meetings with sponsors, executives, and teams to communicate updates and manage expectations.

- Ensure that all stakeholder requirements are captured, understood, and effectively delivered.

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

Qualifications & Skills :

Required :

- 8- 10+ years of project management experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) and how they interconnect in

enterprise environments.

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).

- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

- Experience in large-scale enterprise SAP rollouts or global implementations.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA projects is a plus.
