SAP Project Manager

Role : SAP Project Manager

Job Type : Full-time (FTE)

Work Mode : Onsite 5 days WFO

Age Criteria : Applicants must be below 45 years of age

Experience Required :

- Overall 10- 15 years of professional experience

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, preferably SAP implementation projects

- Proven expertise in leading SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget

- Define project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

- Oversee SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and integration with legacy systems

- Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and project management best practices

- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectives

- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies

- Conduct regular project status reviews and report progress to senior management

- Lead project governance meetings and manage vendor/partner relationships effectively

- Drive user adoption by overseeing training, documentation, and change management initiatives

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational goals

Required Skillsets :

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP implementation methodologies

- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or equivalent

- PMP certification or equivalent (Prince2, PMI-ACP preferred)

- Excellent leadership, team management, and vendor coordination skills

- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR modules

- Ability to manage multicultural teams across geographies

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
