SAP Program Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the Primary SPOC for SAP S/4HANA implementation and sustainment.

- Manage product sizing, vendor partnerships, and full lifecycle implementation.

- Build and lead a high-performance SAP team across functional modules to deliver project milestones.

- Take ownership of scope, cost, and quality management throughout the program lifecycle.

- Collaborate across departments to manage interdependencies and drive positive outcomes.

- Establish and manage SAP sustainment/DevOps processes for operational support and ongoing enhancements.

- Plan and execute upgrades with zero unplanned business downtime.

- Share ownership for cost optimization in SAP Cloud (RISE) deployment and ongoing operational costs.

- Ensure water-tight contracts with SAP and implementation partners, covering competencies, commercials, and risk management.

- Deliver program milestones on time and within budget while ensuring quality and minimizing scope creep.

- Drive innovation within SAP standard configurations, reducing customizations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

- Effective change management and defect containment in production.

- Successful vendor and contract management with measurable risk mitigation.

- Demonstrated innovations and reduced reliance on customizations.

Requirements :

Technical Competencies :

Strong expertise in :

- SAP Inbound Inspection

- Production Planning In-house Inspection

- Quality Planning

- Delivery-based Inspection

- Stock Transfers Inspection

- Inbound Logistics

- Knowledge of Master Data, PLM, IT-OT integration, MES systems and their interfaces/integrations.

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FIORI tiles, BTP, Launch Pad, Transactional Apps, Personas.

- Experience in manufacturing (preferred: Healthcare, Life Sciences).

Leadership / Behavioral Competencies :

- Strong change management and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to balance business needs and cost-effective SAP solutions.

Education & Certifications :

- Professional certifications such as Lean / Six Sigma preferred.

- SAP S/4HANA certification in relevant manufacturing areas required
